Join Joe Holder and Seaport Fit to “Make Movement A Movement” all summer long
This summer, renowned Nike Global Trainer Joe Holder will partner with Seaport to launch the Seaport Fit x Joe Holder Summer Series, “WE MOVE NYC”: a free dynamic outdoor wellness event series built around Joe’s acclaimed Exercise Snacks program.
Designed to blend high-performance training, mindful movement, recreation, and recovery for a community-driven wellness experience, the series will transform the Seaport into a destination for movement, culture, and holistic health, through an ongoing calendar of programming from May through August. We’ll be featuring weekly curated workouts from best-in-class instructors, recovery programming, and lifestyle-driven events that meaningfully bring together fitness, culture, sport, and community.
Mats and equipment will be provided – just bring the energy and supportive cross-training shoes.
After the session, stick around to enjoy refreshments and hang out!
Registration is required to secure a spot. By signing up, you agree to Seaport’s terms and conditions, which can be found here.
